ARCADIA – On Jan. 4 around midnight, a dead body was found by the Arcadia Police Department and officials from the San Bernardino Sheriff’s Department. While a search and rescue mission was conducted and the authorities have identified the deceased as Julius Tinsley of Arcadia, they are still looking for information regarding the death investigation. The body was found in the San Bernardino National Forest about 300 feet down an embankment near Tinsley’s 2007 Toyota Matrix, two miles north of the Snow Valley ski resort.
