• A former mental health therapist at a Pasadena-based child welfare organization will receive $8 million in a settlement of her lawsuit against her ex-employer, in which she alleged she was discriminated against and fired after she developed breast cancer, a courtroom clerk said today.

    San Marino’s annual Firefighter Pancake Breakfast fundraiser will take place at Lacy Park, bright and early at 7 a.m. on Saturday, May 17. There will be plenty of fun activities for people of all ages.
