• Pasadena Woman Killed in Gunfire Sunday

PASADENA (CNS) – A woman in her late teens was found dead after gunfire inside a Pasadena home Sunday, and police said they have identified a suspect.

Officers were sent to an 8:48 a.m. “shots fired” call in the 1500 block of North Raymond Avenue and found the woman dead from an apparent gunshot wound, Pasadena police Lt. Jason Clawson said.

Relatives of the victim, publicly identified only as a Hispanic woman about 19 years old, said police told them the suspect was the woman’s boyfriend and that he was at large.

The shooting stemmed from a domestic dispute, according to a broadcast report.

The suspect’s name was not immediately released.
