Valentine Elementary School invites you to their annual Pumpkin Patch fundraiser held on Friday, October 18th, from 7.45 am to 4.30 pm. A wide variety of pumpkins, baked goods, fresh fruits and vegetables will be available for purchase. Keeping with tradition, there will also be a chance to win the “Big Mac Pumpkin” with complimentary delivery to the winner.

“This year we are trying a fresh approach to the traditional Pumpkin Patch by bringing an assortment of fruits and vegetables to sell. Our goal is to send a healthier message to our students, families and community.” said Pumpkin Patch co-chair Mary Dee-Buckley.

The Pumpkin Patch will be open before, during and after school for convenient shopping opportunities.

Mary Dee-Buckley added, “As many know, San Marino does not, at this time, have a farmer’s market of their own. So, this is our chance to bring this type of experience to the community while raising much needed funds for Valentine.”

The Pumpkin Patch is located on Valentine’s baseball field which is on the south side of the school’s campus. This fundraiser is a wonderful opportunity for members of the school and the local community to have festive photo opportunities and some family fun!
