• Come to Old Mill Road’s Goat-Petting Experience!


    In lieu of a community recreation center, swimming pool, gym at
    Huntington Middle School or acres of public soccer fields, there will be
    goat petting on Friday and Saturday in the median
    strip of Old Mill Rd., just south of Monterey.

    But don’t deter them from their appointed rounds! The goats are here on
    business, hired to munch excess vegetation from the overgrown brush area
    that is known to be frequented by coyotes – a natural enemy to the goat.
