• Measure R Expenditure Plan Amendment is Approved

image002SAN GABRIEL VALLEY – The Metro Board voted to approve the Measure R Expenditure Plan Amendment. The board voted down Supervisor Antonovich’s amending motion, which would have updated the expenditure plan with information for the Foothill Extension to Claremont, along with other projects. They instead agreed to hear a report on the issue in September.

On a separate note, last night the Construction Authority board recognized Los Angeles Councilman Ed Reyes for his years of leadership on the board. Due to term limits, he will be leaving office this month, and last night was his last board meeting. He is pictured in the group photo.
