Dr. Cary Presant, a San Marino resident, was the recent recipient of the 2013 International Book Award in general health from USA Book News. Using stories of Dr. Presant’s patients illustrating problems with healthcare, the book shows readers how to make the best decisions by providing valuable tips that can be used by healthy people to get preventive care and by patients with illnesses to improve their recovery.
