• Los Angeles Freeways Dealing With Closures

LOS ANGELES (CNS) – The northbound San Diego (405) Freeway will be closed tonight and tomorrow night at Santa Monica Boulevard as crews conduct concrete repairs.

Traffic will be routed off the northbound freeway at Santa Monica beginning at 11 p.m. Motorists will be able to get immediately back onto the freeway using the northbound Santa Monica onramp.

The northbound Olympic Boulevard onramp will be closed, as will the connectors from the Santa Monica (10) freeway to the northbound 405.

The closures are expected to end at 9 a.m. each morning.

Meanwhile, motorists on the Pasadena (110) Freeway will also be dealing with a closure, with the northbound freeway expected to be blocked beginning late tonight, around midnight, between the Golden State (5) Freeway connector and the Orange Grove Avenue.

The closure will last until 8 a.m. Saturday, then be repeated again Saturday night into Sunday morning, according to Caltrans. The 110 Freeway closure is also planned to accommodate concrete slab repairs.
