• Pasadena Resident Named to California High Speed Rail Authority


    PASADENA (CNS) - Pasadena resident Katherine Aguilar Perez-Estolano, who has held a series of positions with development organizations, was appointed to the California High Speed Rail Authority today by Gov. Jerry Brown.

    Perez-Estolano, 45, is an adjunct professor at the University of Southern California School of Policy, Planning and Development and co-founded the development strategy firm Estolano LeSar Perez Advisors LLC in 2011.

    Perez-Estolano also served as the Executive Director of the Urban Land Institute, Los Angeles District Council, and worked as the Executive Director for the Transportation and Land Use Collaborative (TLUC) of Southern California. Additionally, she previously served as the city of South Pasadena’s Transportation Manager.
