MONTEREY PARK – Unofficially, Hans Liang and Peter Chan look like they’ve earned city council seats. Liang as of midnight last night garnered 31.9 percent of the vote and Chan tallied 2,192 votes, or 28.3 percent. Close in third place was Larry C. Sullivan.
