• Dilbeck Agent Honored by PFAR


    The local board of realtors honored Dilbeck agent, Bill Tema, as a California Association of
    Realtor Member-for-Life on October 31, 2012. Honorees must be at least 75 years of age and
    maintain continuous membership in the realtor association for 25 years.

    Bill has been a valued member of Dilbeck Real Estate Real Living since 1994 where he has
    earned distinction as a Premier Service and Technology Certified real estate agent. He also
    holds national designations as a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and a Short Sale
    Foreclosure Resource (SFR) agent. Bill obtained his DRE Broker license in 1986.
