LOS ANGELES (CNS) – First lady Michelle Obama is scheduled to speak at a luncheon campaign fundraiser at the Calabasas home of actors Will and Jada Pinkett Smith and tape an appearance on the ABC late-night talk show “Jimmy Kimmel Live” today.
According to a news release issued by “Jimmy Kimmel Live”, Obama will join Kimmel to encourage Americans to exercise their right to vote while Kimmel will encourage Obama to eat more pizza, in a not so-subtle criticism of her attempts to get Americans to eat healthier.
The first lady will be making her first appearance on “Jimmy Kimmel Live.” Her visit comes one day after President Barack Obama spent two-and-a- half hours in the Los Angeles area to tape an appearance on NBC’s “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno.”
