LOS ANGELES (CNS) – Louis C.K., Jim Parsons and Amy Poehler were among the first presenters announced today for the 64th Primetime Emmy Awards ceremony.
Louis C.K. is nominated for lead actor in a comedy for his series “Louie.” Parsons has won the award for the past two years and is nominated again for his work in “The Big Bang Theory.”
Poehler is nominated for lead actress in a comedy series for “Parks and Recreation.”
Other presenters will be Ricky Gervais, Ginnifer Goodwin and Mindy Kaling, according to the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences.
The Primetime Emmy Awards will be presented Sept. 23 at the Nokia Theatre at L.A. Live.
