LOS ANGELES – A Los Angeles County sheriff’s deputy was injured today in
a traffic collision in the area of at West 92nd Street and South Normandie
Avenue, authorities said.
The deputy was on his way to assist another deputy when the accident
happened around 6:20 a.m., said Sgt. Michael Arriaga of the Los Angeles
Sheriff’s Headquarters Bureau.
The deputy was transported to Harbor-UCLA Medical Center, said Deputy
Guillermina Saldana.
