• Investigators Need ID of Man Found Dead in Pasadena


    LOS ANGELES (CNS) – The coroner’s office sought help today to identify a
    man whose skeletal remains were found at Devil’s Gate Dam Park in Pasadena on
    April 15.

    John Doe 59, who was found April 15 at 4024 Oak Grove Drive, appeared to
    be white and at least 50 years old, with gray hair. He was about 5 feet 5
    inches tall, weighed 110 pounds, had no scars or tattoos and was not wearing
    any jewelry.

    He was wearing a blue long-sleeve shirt, blue denim jeans, blue socks, a
    brown belt and brown, size-9 “Rockport” shoes. Authorities did not release
    the cause of death.

    Anyone with information about his identity was asked to call
    Investigator Daniel Machian at (323) 343-0754, or the coroner’s investigation
    division at (323) 343-0714 24 hours a day.
