• Corey Bohan and “Hills” Star Audrina Patridge

HERMOSA BEACH (CNS) – Prosecutors today were considering whether to
bring charges against Corey Bohan, a BMX rider known for his relationship with
actress Audrina Patridge, following his arrest in Hermosa Beach on suspicion of
    being drunk in public.
Bohan, 29, was arrested for public intoxication about 1:20 a.m. Friday,
and was released a few hours later on $500 bail, said Hermosa Beach police Sgt.
    Robert Higgins.
Officers were notified of a disturbance at a residence — the address
was not disclosed — and when they got there, “separated Corey Bohan from
other subjects in front of the location,’ Higgins said.
“They were engaging each other in a physical altercation,’ Higgins
said. “Corey Bohan was reportedly the aggressor.’
Bohan and the others were described as “acquaintances,’ and none
sought prosecution of Bohan, Higgins said.
“The owner of the residence did not want … Bohan at the location any
    longer,’ Higgins said.
Bohan was “exhibiting symptoms of alcohol intoxication at the scene,’
Higgins said. “Based on those physical objective symptoms of intoxication and
his agitated behavior, he was arrested for the safety of himself and others.’
