Hathaway-Sycamores recently gathered its current and pastboard members for an evening of wine and cheese tastings. About 50 people gatheredat The Cheese Store of Pasadena and enjoyed a variety of Inception Wines thatwere paired with complementary cheese selections. Louis and Natalia Pastis,owners of The Cheese Store in Pasadena,said “This event gives us a chance to give back to our local community,and in the end of the day, that’s what is most important. We are passionateabout organizations that work with children and we’re unique in that we canprovide a pleasurable and enjoyable experience for these special events. We thankHathaway-Sycamores for the opportunity to host this event.” George Pitsironisof Inception Wines served guests his handcrafted pinot noirs and chardonnaywines from the Santa Barbara and Central Coast regions. “Our wines are food friendly,fruit forward and well-balanced for everyday drinking, and we are proud tosupport Hathaway-Sycamores at this event.”
