SAN DIEGO (CNS) – SeaWorld’s penguins got a sneak preview of their
tuxedoed brethren today when they were treated to a special screening of the
first trailer for Jim Carrey’s new movie, “Mr. Popper’s Penguins.’
The penguins “watched’ the trailer from SeaWorld’s Penguin Encounter
exhibit while eating herring out of popcorn boxes, said Kelly Terry, a SeaWorld
spokeswoman.
Five species of penguins live in the SeaWorld exhibit, including the
gentoo, which are featured in the movie that opens June 17, she said.
